GK Properties acts strictly as a real estate consulting agency and authorized channel partner for developers. We assist buyers in identifying properties and managing transactions, but we are not the project developers or builder sponsors.
2. Accuracy of Listings
While we make every effort to maintain accurate property details (prices, areas, amenities) based on brochures and RERA filings, specifications are subject to developer changes. Confirm all specs on official developer reservation agreements before booking.
3. RERA Disclaimers
Under Haryana RERA rules, project information, layouts, and escrow statuses are publicly accessible. GK Properties encourages buyers to verify the HRERA registration of any project on the official state portal before completing bookings.
